Chef William Hamer has travelled the world mastering the art of cooking over fire as well as having recently completed stages at the award winning Hiša Franko, Two Michelin Starred Restaurant in Slovenia (also featured in Chef's Table) and Three Michelin Starred Restaurant L'Enclume in the Lake District. 

William heads up our Wild Kabn Kitchen private dining on the Estate and hosts magical private dining events for Kabn guests.

Blair Bowman has spent over a decade establishing himself in the global whisky industry, sniffing out the rarest casks, hosting unique events and building an exceptional global network within whisky, sales, distribution and hospitality sectors.

Blair was one of our first guests and is already a Kabn Junkie having stayed with us on 4 separate occasions!

Blair has helped Kabn in sourcing a wonderful organic and sustainable whisky. 

Roseanna is a professional ballerina with a passion for all things health & wellness. Aside from her career as a principal dancer for the Scottish Ballet, she is also a qualified personal trainer and certified yoga teacher. 

Roseanna would like to help and inspire Kabn guests on their own personal wellness journey, whether that be through guided meditation or yoga classes.

Kabn guests can book interactive virtual classes with Roseanna whilst staying at the Kabns.

Lindsey and Gerard are experts in foraging. They set up Wee Folk of the Woods together and teach foraging classes as well as supplying foraged foods to some of the best restaurants in Scotland. Lindsey and Gerard have an immense knowledge and passion for their field and are truly inspiring.

Kabn guests can book private foraging walks with Lindsey and Gerard. You will learn a vast amount and sample a variety of wild foods over a 2 - 3 hour experience. This needs to be booked well in advance so please do get in touch with the Kabn Concierge at the time of booking.
