Chef William Hamer has travelled the world mastering the art of cooking over fire as well as having recently completed stages at the award winning Hiša Franko, Two Michelin Starred Restaurant in Slovenia (also featured in Chef's Table) and Three Michelin Starred Restaurant L'Enclume in the Lake District.
William heads up our Wild Kabn Kitchen private dining on the Estate and hosts magical private dining events for Kabn guests.
