Kabn has partnered with renowned wild cooking expert, Chef William Hamer offering Kabn guests a unique and authentic culinary experience.
Guests can book curated and romantic private dining experiences as well as join our group Supper Clubs hosted on select dates. All experiences are subject to availability and prior booking is essential (closed during Winter).
William is an extremely talented chef who is an expert in wild cooking. Having completed stages at the award winning Hiša Franko, Two Michelin Starred Restaurant in Slovenia (also featured in Chef's Table) and at the Three Michelin starred L'Enclume in England run by renowned chef Simon Rogan, William seamlessly blends Michelin starred experience with visceral and authentic open fire cooking.

He seeks to connect food, fire and nature with an ethos on supporting local businesses and suppliers, sourcing the finest organic and sustainable ingredients.
To make life easier we provide a stocked organic larder with all the basic herbs, spices, oils and equipment you need to cook.
The Kabns each feature a two burner gas hob and small oven insert above the wood burning stove. Furthermore we also offer complimentary firewood, charcoal and a choice of the Big Green Egg BBQ or outdoor grill to cook on. Please check out our FAQ for further details.
Just a 7 minute drive away is the Loch Fyne Deli which has lots of yummy goodies including fresh local eggs, vegetables, meat, fish and dairy produce.
Inveraray, which is a 20 minute drive away, has a small local supermarket too.
